Delicious chicken parm & penne ala vodka but service can improve...

Went to have dinner tonight. First stood in the door for 4 min waiting for somebody to acknowledge us. Finally a man making pizza asked if we needed help, and we said "yes" and we'd like to sit outside. He said pick a table a would "send somebody right out". After another 10 min another employee, seem like a bus boy, came and asked us if wanted to dine in or out. We where sitting a outside table and obviously wanted to dine in and on the "patio". He came back a few minutes later with menus and silverware and quickly left

After another ten minutes of waiting for a server we got up and left.

I could understand if they where busy, however , the place had less than ten customers and plenty of employees standing around "chatting" with each other.

Needless to say we will not return anytime soon. Poor service is worse than poor food.
